Hey guys, not known much around here but wanted to keep a log for my references and so you guys can get to know me.
Ive done one bodybuilding competition when I was 17 and tore my ACL shortly after. I started college and took the next couple years off (big mistake) I have been back at it for about a year and a half and have decided to do some competitions in the next couple of years. Possible the 2014 Mr Canton and Mr Ohio (probably get destroyed).
I have done DC in the past but have been doing high volume lately and I have decided to try DC again and stick to it to make the necessary gains. Im not the strongest guy but its not bad for being back a little over a year.
Here is my Cycle:
Weeks 1-12 750mg of Test E
Weeks 1-6 350mg of Tren A
Weeks 7-12 375mg of NPP
(meant to switch tren and npp but npp came late)
Formeron- 2 pumps a day
Prolactron- 2 pills a day
HCG- 500 Iu a day
* I like blacklion research products so thats why I choose to run those over caber or aromasin.
Here is the first day of DC

Hammer Incline (3 plates per side)
14 rp (8-4-2) then a static hold
45 second stretch with 55 lbs
Dumbell shoulder press (85 lbs) went lighter on these, get exhausted flinging them up
12 rp (6-4-2)
45 second shoulder stretch
Dip Machine (2 plates and a ten perside)
16 rp (10-4-2) then a static hold
45 second Rope cable stretch with 80 lbs
Lat pulldown (150 lbs)
17 rp (10-4-3) then a static hold
Rack Dead
435 x 5
365 x 10
45 lbs hanging stretch for 60 seconds.
