I started 2 different logs here, one for DNP which no one really responded too so I stopped and one for initial cycle that I stopped updating because I was crazy busy.

Currently cruising, plan on hitting a blast starting February 10th, leaving me about 6 weeks to blast before I come up to the end of their competition. After hitting the end of the contest, I will be finishing the last week of Tren A, and switch to 8 weeks of NPP in its place. I have rugby coming up mid April so I don't want my cardio to be shit in season if it starts to decline from the Tren. Kicking off the cycle with 3 weeks of superdrol, and running proviron the last 9 weeks. I have the blast laid out in a pic that will be posted. I plan on doing low doses all around, not trying to go too high or anything.


Training split is:
S- Chest / Back
M- Arms / Abs / Calves
T- Legs / Shoulders
W- Chest / Back
T- Arms / Abs / Calves
F- Legs / Shoulders
S- Rest

I like doing more volume then heavy training, so I do 2 weeks of high volume, then a heavy week. So switching from 12-20 reps per set with 4 sets per exercise to 5-8 reps per set with 3-4 sets per exercise.


Stats:
6'1"
235 lbs currently
13% BF I'm guessing not too sure though

Ill post up workouts and such along with daily weight. I wanna keep the dosing low because last blast was just 600 test and I saw pretty great gains off it with a dbol kick start for 4 weeks. I will update every day or every other. Anyone have an input to the cycle I proposed? Anything you would change around or alter.
 
233 This morning. Did legs and shoulders at the gym.

Legs:
Squats 5 sets of 20/20/18/15/15
Leg Press 4 sets of 20 (heels up and out pushing with them to hit hams)
Leg Ext 3 sets of 15
Leg Curl 3 sets of 20

Shoulders:
Lat raises 4 sets of 20
Rear delt flies 3 sets of 15
Military press 2 sets of 15

Dont like hitting shoulders too much, I feel I work them alot as is and pressing too much causes a bit of discomfort for me.
 
Felt like hitting heavy back and chest today

Chest:
Bench 4 x 8
Fly Machine 3 x 10
Dips 3 x Fail
Incline dumbbells 3 x 8

Back:
Deads 2 x 20 (still wont go heavy on those)
BB Row 4 x 8
Front Pulldown 3 x 8
Trap Flies 3 x 8



Took measurements yesterday too as well:


Calves : 16.75
Quads: 26.5
Waist: 33 (around belly button)
Arms: 17
Forearm: 13.75
Chest: 45.5
 
Yesterday and today off from the gym. Tryin to rest up and relax. Hitting it hard this upcomin week and gettin bloods done that weekend. Still hovering over 230

And for diet usually looks like this (go to a university with shitty meal plan)

5 whole eggs
pineapple
2 cups chocolate milk
and sausage or turkey sausage


Chicken wrap
spinach salad
protein shake
and usually a chicken breast or beef patty on the salad


Whatever meat they serve at dinner
spinach salad
some rice and broccoli
chocolate milk

then protein shake later at night
 
Hit legs and shoulders today, good day and diets been keeping tight.

Legs:

Front squats did 2 sets of 225 x 8
Back squats did 7 sets total ending at 405 x 4
Leg Extension 4 sets
Leg curl 4 sets
Calf raises


Shoulders:

Front raises 2 sets
Side raises 2 sets
Rear delt flies 4 sets
 
Do you not do presses on shoulder day? Just curious seeing a lot of guys that have just quit doing them due to injury risks etc...

I will occasionally. I was just pretty beat after my leg workout so I didnt feel like doing much. Friday when I do shoulders again Ill be doing military's or overheads with some side raises and upright rows.
 
Chest and back day today. Felt good goin in and strength is pretty high on incline, surprised myself as I rarely do incline bench and never that much weight.

Incline BB Bench - 3 x 12 at 225, 1 set of 275 x 6.
Decline BB Bench - 4 x 10
Dips - 3 x 8
Cable flies - 3 x 12


Chin ups - 2 x 8
Pull ups - 2 x 7
Straight arm lat pull down - 4 x 15
DB Rows- 2 x 15
Trap Flies - 2 x 12
 
Arm day today. Got 3 cialis left using one right now about to go get a good pump. Blood work mid next week is scheduled, will be hitting my blast hard! beyond pumped for it.


Workout is probably gunna look like:
DB Curls 4 sets of 12
Drag Curls 4 sets of 12-15
Preacher Curls 3 sets of 12
Dips 3 sets
Tri extension 4 x 12
Skulls 3 x 15


Also for my blast made some slight changes. Dropped the prop dose like I planned, keeping test 160-180. Took out the proviron and in place added 4 weeks of dbol 35mg ed at the start of NPP and Caber will be dosed every 3 days not EOD.

Friday and today off from the gym.
Going to do a little cardio though, some pushups and situps and pullups just to get a quick workout in though (gyms closed).

Blood work scheduled for tuesday so going to be getting that done, see how I look, then start blast right after the super bowl!

Whats retarded about it? I did state I plan on recomping and putting on 5 pounds tops. Bodybuilding isnt my main passion right now, Im 21. Im doing rugby and laid out my cycle to fit my schedule and want to keep doses low. Someones a big boy has to insult people, good shit fag. Go make your outrageous claims that you are genetically amazing at 6'2 sitting at 300+ with no juice in over half a year, 10000 calories a day, and only 21 years old?
