I started 2 different logs here, one for DNP which no one really responded too so I stopped and one for initial cycle that I stopped updating because I was crazy busy.
Currently cruising, plan on hitting a blast starting February 10th, leaving me about 6 weeks to blast before I come up to the end of their competition. After hitting the end of the contest, I will be finishing the last week of Tren A, and switch to 8 weeks of NPP in its place. I have rugby coming up mid April so I don't want my cardio to be shit in season if it starts to decline from the Tren. Kicking off the cycle with 3 weeks of superdrol, and running proviron the last 9 weeks. I have the blast laid out in a pic that will be posted. I plan on doing low doses all around, not trying to go too high or anything.
Training split is:
S- Chest / Back
M- Arms / Abs / Calves
T- Legs / Shoulders
W- Chest / Back
T- Arms / Abs / Calves
F- Legs / Shoulders
S- Rest
I like doing more volume then heavy training, so I do 2 weeks of high volume, then a heavy week. So switching from 12-20 reps per set with 4 sets per exercise to 5-8 reps per set with 3-4 sets per exercise.
