My main goal over the next 10 weeks is to lose 30 pounds. Secondary goal is to add (maybe just preserve) muscle while I do that. I recently lost 50 then put 10 back on after getting sloppy over the holidays. Just using this log to help keep myself motivated and honest. I plan to start some GH at 2iu's per day to help with weight loss and anti-aging/general health. I am pretty confidant I can meet my goal I have my diet nailed down to what I know works for me and I am relentless on my cardio. Please feel free to critique and call me out. I'm still learning about this lifestyle.
Diet basically consists of the following:
Meal 1 4eggs
Meal 2 50 gram shake
Meal 3 6-8 ounces 93/7 lean ground beef with a cup of brown rice
Meal 4 50 gram shake
Meal 5 8 ounces chicken breasts broccoli half a sweet potato
Meal 6 50 gram shake
My cardio schedule will be 120 minutes per day 2 sessions
Session 1 is on an empty stomach in the morning
Session 2 is usually anywhere from 3-7pm depending on when I get time.
Because my main goal is to burn fat I'm changing my workouts to accommodate a 3 day split for light lifting that way I can focus on my cardio. Its really hard for me to get 2 cardio hours in after a full lifting session. If anyone has suggestions around this Id love to hear.
My weigh in as of Monday when I posted photos on the contest thread was 241.
First weigh in today I have dropped to 235.5
