My main goal over the next 10 weeks is to lose 30 pounds. Secondary goal is to add (maybe just preserve) muscle while I do that. I recently lost 50 then put 10 back on after getting sloppy over the holidays. Just using this log to help keep myself motivated and honest. I plan to start some GH at 2iu's per day to help with weight loss and anti-aging/general health. I am pretty confidant I can meet my goal I have my diet nailed down to what I know works for me and I am relentless on my cardio. Please feel free to critique and call me out. I'm still learning about this lifestyle.

Diet basically consists of the following:
Meal 1 4eggs
Meal 2 50 gram shake
Meal 3 6-8 ounces 93/7 lean ground beef with a cup of brown rice
Meal 4 50 gram shake
Meal 5 8 ounces chicken breasts broccoli half a sweet potato
Meal 6 50 gram shake

My cardio schedule will be 120 minutes per day 2 sessions
Session 1 is on an empty stomach in the morning
Session 2 is usually anywhere from 3-7pm depending on when I get time.

Because my main goal is to burn fat I'm changing my workouts to accommodate a 3 day split for light lifting that way I can focus on my cardio. Its really hard for me to get 2 cardio hours in after a full lifting session. If anyone has suggestions around this Id love to hear.
My weigh in as of Monday when I posted photos on the contest thread was 241.

First weigh in today I have dropped to 235.5
 
Got all my cardio in this week 840 minutes since Monday... I may not be perfect on my diet all the time (cheated some today watching my Niners wreck shit) But I am 200% committed to my cardio. I weigh in tomorrow morning.. Stay tuned
 
Forgot to weigh in this morning... The kids and the wife were home and that threw off my schedule (Usually weigh in after my workout). I got my 120 minutes of cardio in and ate pretty well today.

4 eggs and a piece of sourdough bread (stupid)
150 grams of protein shakes (3)
two 8 ounce 93/7 burger patties
a baked sweet potato
 
Ok im down about a pound at 234... Got my first hour of cardio done and ready to eat... Will check back in later
 
You going to throw up pictures at all for the contest or are you just doing this for more of a personal goal type thing.
 
Ahhh alright just looked completely skipped over them before. good progress man, is the 2iu of GH the only gear you're using currently? Do you plan on adding any in?
 
Realistically at my body fat % I have no business adding gear but the temptation is there... If I do, it will be after Ive made significant progress on the weight loss. Maybe the last 4-6 weeks some prop and tren or a prop/tren/mast, cutmix. My main goal is too lean out though... believe it or not there's some muscle hidden under there lol

GH at 2ius for like 6 monthes you will see results
tightened up midsection ect but

just keep doing what ur doing
stay positive

IF you were to go gear
i would say 200mg of test e or C for 8-10 weeks is plenty
have some AIs
take your vitamins
d C E ect
blah blah you know what you need to take
and just keep bustin it up in the gym
 
Down another pound to 233... Cardio is dialed in. I still don't have diet 100% dialed in... I keep slipping a little... Really just been too busy to cook ahead of time. Gonna work on getting that fixed this weekend.

4 or 5 whites with one yolk
maybe a cup of oatmeal and throw in a banana or whatever
I love EZEKIEL BREAD

snack some almonds or string cheese
protein shake wont hurt
lunch
chicken brown rice wheat pasta or any other lean protein
snack same or hell have some greek yogurt or a pack of tuna

dinner same
talapia chicken steak whatever
i personally do 20-40 min cardio AFTER my workout for my fuel that i use during my workout is exhausted and the body turns to fat cells for fuel for my post cardio

im not a fan personally of waking up at 5am and doing fasted cardio
not saying it doesnt work by any means just not my thing

Thanks... Looks helpful... Just to clarify, Are you saying add another shake to the 3 I am on now?
I appreciate the help I can definitely make some of those adjustments

whole foods is better but
shakes are convienent

Well I went up in weight... Im thinking maybe its water retention from the growth. Its discouraging but Im new to growth so not sure what to expect. Gonna add in some prop starting with 100mg EOD and more focus on lifting.
Did shoulders today
smith press
front side and bent over delt raises
seated dumbell press
shrugs

and ofcourse 60 minutes fasted cardio after lifting
 
Havnt been on the scale today. I switched things up a bit this week added prop and more focus on lifting. Not letting my cardio slip though. Felt great got n a good back workout and 60 minutes of cardio this morning
