Won my class at NABBA midlands!

12 weeks of boring ass dieting and I won the U21 junior class yesterday at the NABBA midlands 2014! not thinking about shows again for a long time, going to take some time off and grow into something that would be acceptable on a mens class stage, I will probably need to break the 300lb barrier in my offseason. Thanks too everyone who helped me through this especially renewlyf , J-Rod and Ironman2010

I was 224 on stage at 6ft1

So yeah in my opinion I need to be about 290-300lbs in my offseason and then diet down to about 250-260 to do real damage on stage in the mens class, I don't have the best structure, but If I can nail condition I should do well.

No more thinking about competitions for a while though, I need some time off to eat some proper food! Im off for a maccies right now actually! HAHA!

Honestly I was 224 dead the morning of the show, every single person who I tell my weight too (who is into bodybuilding) is shocked im so heavy, I always weigh about 10-15lbs heavier than I actually look.

Curse of being tall and long limbed I guess.
