Competed for my third time two weekends ago I've moved up three weight classes in the last three years and managed to take second in the heavies "was suppose to come as a light heavy weight but was over" I had a great offseason and worked with one of the board members here for my prep not sure if I can mention him since he's not a sponsor but everything went great an very happy with the results. Thank you everyone for the kind words and yes I do have some pics of my middle and light heavies here are the middle weight pics from two years ago weight was 174, this year weight was just short of 204

Huge improvement from ur last show. My only critique is quad from side view needs work and bis and tris in both front and rear double bi pose. Underdeveloped size on them both. Everything else looks great. Great job big guy

Lucky one I plan on taking a full offseason to continue making improvements and bringing up weak points I will most likely come in as a heavier heavy weight with improved conditioning, my conditioning has gotten better every year and never seem to have a hard time putting size on just have to suffer quite a bit for me to get shredded
