Really proud of my progress over this past year. I bulked from 79kg (174lb) to 100kg (220lb), did a couple 2-3 week mini cuts for health reasons and then the last 6 weeks I dialed in and did a more serious cut down to 93kg. I'll be competing for the first time in November and I feel like I'll do quite well in the junior division at least since I think I have some decent size for a 20 year old.

Hey Bro, you have decent size for any age. I wish I had looked even half that good at 20. Keep posting as you train for your show. What weight do you hope to compete at?

Thanks for the kind words bro, I plan on being very active on this forum from now since ice been an awfully quiet lurker for too long.

Size wise I'm not certain how big I will be, I compete in November which essentially gives me 6 months to play with still and I'm thinking I should take advantage of that to grow or at least recomp a little longer. I might just be able to pull of a weight around 88-90kg stage lean if I pack on a bit more muscle in the next 3 months and then begin prep 12 weeks out.

Training varied depending on AAS use. I did 3 blasts 10 weeks in length, 2 of them I did a PPLPPLx split, 2 exercises per muscle group, first exercise top set to failure, second exercise 5x10-15. Second blast I had a PL'ing meet coming up so I changed to my old self written program which was an upper/lower split, again 2 exercises per muscle group but whatever the focus lift was for the day I gave an extra exercise specific to the movement e.g Bench day -> Paused close grip bench. While cruising I did wendlers 5/3/1 with BBB assistance because I find it's an easy to recover from program and I still made gains in those periods.

AAS use went as follows

Blast 1:


w 1-4:

Dbol 50mg ED
Test c 500mg/w

w 5-12:

Test c 750mg/w

Blast 2

week 1-4:

Anadrol 50mg ED
DBol 50mg ED
Test e 750mg/w

weeks 5-12:

Test c 1000mg/w


Blast 3

(At this point I'd managed to find a pharma source for my test)
(This was in the prep for my meet)

Weeks 1-6:

test e 600mg/w
tren a 350mg/w

weeks 7-8:

Superdrol 30mg ED
Test e 600mg/w
tren a 350mg/week


Cruising:

test e 200mg/week
