I think I was 1 day out in this pics I ws very pleased in how well my legs have turned out. I do tons of volume work now days....And yes it has a been a hot minute since I have posted on here lol

Protein was high to begin with I say probably about 340-Grams Carbs about 450-500 and Fats where low which I got from a little avocado, Omega enriched eggs and a little animal fats.
Calories decrease over time obviously and I sometimes run into digestive issues so where we had lower carbs for a bit and higher proteins we dropped the Proteins lower and bumped the carbs back up to 250-300 Range for a bit and weight progressively kept on moving. Then when things got stuck later on I kept pushing harder lower carbs,Calories a bit more cardio.
Obviously things never get easy towards end of preps I competed 10 Days prior to these pics at 203 on stage then these pics I was about 194 which was one hell of a depletion to try and make that weight seeing is I was full lean and dry at 203.....Try driving down interstate in Sauna Suit with Sweats on with Heat on for 3Hrs Solid Closest thing to hell I have experienced thus far lol When your phone says too hot to charge you know there is a problem.
I competed 2 weeks after these pics where taken and that prob was the easiest coast into a show ever. My metabolism was so high at this point and bodyfat was so low that I ate junk for 3 solid days Did Cardio 3 Days at 90 Min just to fight water rebound ect and was back sitting at 194 am weight was able to do only 20 min am cardio eat more food all the way into next show and beautiful thing was I was able to junk load for that show....Night Before Show I ate Denny's Double Burger, Blueberry muffin,Seasoned Fries,And about 6 Homemade cookies. Needless to say I woke up full Starving Hungry,Tight Crisp and zero bloat,To achieve my best look ever on stage.
