Looking for suggestions. Ive never taken anything but i diet
Meals: 6xs a day every 3 hours
Workout: 5 xs a week 1 hour sessions
Naturally my body retains a lot of fat. I use to be 218 and im only 5"7
i lost 50 lbs dieting and lifting
I want to put on about 10-20 lbs of muscle. Nothing crazy i just want a boost.
Whats my best option?
