First of all, thank you to DQ for selecting me to log your products! An amazing opportunity and I am extremely grateful!
I have been on doctor prescribed Test C at 200mg/wk for the last 4 months, and will be getting blood work done Monday to see where my levels are. I will post my numbers here so everyone (if they care) has an idea of where my levels are on pharm test c before starting DQ. I will be running ONLY DQ products. I will NOT include the doc rx'd Test C as I don't want to skew any blood work that I will have done while on DQ products.

I plan on running the following for 12 weeks (but may lower doses a tad and extend it, who knows, but plan on 12 weeks):

Test C - 600mg/wk
NPP - 500mg/wk
Mast A - 300mg/wk
Aromasin - as needed

(I believe that's what I planned, but haven't double checked my notes as I've been swamped at work)

I will also put up some starting pics here soon as well as diet and training regimen.

Goal: lean bulk

I can't believe how well it was packaged. Obviously I can't go into detail, but hot damn was it sent extremely professional. I think it would have to be hit with a sledgehammer to break anything haha

Boxes have inserts, boxes are extremely professional, look straight from pharmacy! Can't wait to see what's inside!!!

I haven't started the DQ gear yet, waiting for blood work next Monday to get a baseline test score. I did, however, use the Cialis last night.........that was fun!!!!! The tabs are EXTREMELY professional, amazing quality put into them! Everything is impressive so far, can't wait to try the oils. Should have blood results either late next week or early the following week. Once those arrive, I'll be running the DQ.

I'll get some starting pics up as well soon.

5'8 currently at 195-198 and still fatter than I want to be :mad:

Typical day:

5:20 - wake up and go on 4 mile walk with dog (GSD/Golden Retriever) about an hour

6:45 - breakfast = 3 whole eggs, 3 egg whites, Ezekiel bread toast (1 slice) grass fed butter 1/2 tbsp. and Raw Honey

7:40 - 8:30ish - GYM

Intra shake - 15g EAA and Karboload (almost gone, have HCBD from Dante so may use that and then just do a bottle of water with EAA honestly to help drop the fat more)

M - Chest and delts
T - Legs
W - Back
Th - Arms
F - Chest and delts
S - back or legs
Sun - off

Thinking about going to 5 days or even 4 to give the body a break and rest. Recovery, as we all know, is very important in growth so need to step back I believe.

8:45 - post workout shake (50g whey, will probably add .5c-1c oats when I remove the intra shake - opinions on this are welcomed)

11:30 - lunch - 6.5/7oz ground turkey with sautéed onions and green peppers. 1oz of cashews or 2tbsp almond butter. 3/4c strawberries or other fruits


3:30 - 4 - Mid afternoon meal : ground turkey and egg white muffins (3) each one has 13g protein OR 6.5/7oz of chicken with 1oz cashew or 2 tbsp. almond butter


6:00 - Dinner - different every night. Last night was steak and green beans, could be chicken and veggies, turkey and veggies etc
I shoot my dinner to be around 50g protein, trace carbs from veggies and 15g fats

8:00 - 8:30 = pre bed
I typically have 8oz - 10oz of cottage cheese (2%) along with .5c strawberries and a tbsp. of cashew butter.
I also slice a beefsteak tomato and/or a cucumber and put salt on it.

Anyone have any suggestions or tweaks they would make?
Obviously it'd be tough o gauge without a current pic. Here's one from 3 or so weeks ago

The Cialis is good stuff I agree.

My only gripe is that it doesn't split very well. All the other orals split very well on a pill cutter but for whatever reason the Cialis breaks up most of the time.

I bit mine and it split rather easily, guess I got lucky

Nice bro. Yuve got a decent base to start with. One that can blow the eff up quickly with hard work and good gear, which you got both of.

Mind if I ask about the scarring on your stomach bro? Feel free to tell me to mind my own business if yiud rsther not talk about it lol.

I'll tell you Pesty, the cialis as well as everything else I have tried from them has been g2g. Throwing that out there.
