Years ago when I jumped on cycle I'd get insanely strong week in week out. Nowadays even on cycle strength doesn't fly up and still isn't near the number it used to be. Still gain size though. Kind of feels like my CNS is toast. Whereas before I'd literally feel like superman in the gym and everything felt light.
Calories are high, sleep is plenty and only in the gym 5x a week with no cardio so doesn't seem like I'm over training.
Volume is higher nowadays. Before I used to train Dorian Yates style training but now beats my joints up too much.
Anyone else experience this?
