So CHoice compounds chose me to run a log for there MK677. What I am doing is going to run 25mg daily. I just started using it yesterday. I split my dose in two doses. 12.5mg when I wake up and 12.5 before bed. I did the same thing today. I definetly notice within just 2 days of using this compound I am already getting fuller and my pumps at the gym have been already getting better. I am happy so far I am not experiencing the lethargic feeling everyone speaks about, I believe it may be because I split my dose. I wanted to say thanks again to CC for this awesome opportunity and for the extra bottle of cialis they sent me. These guys were super easy to talk to and definetly kept there word every time they promised something. Very impressed so far!
 
Just 3 days into this log and the fullness I’m already seeing is fricken insane. I really love this stuff. It’s been awhile since I ran it and so happy to be in it again. Today was an off day from the gym. I’m gonna weigh myself tomorrow at the gym that way I got a starting point weight wise!
 
So just 1 day short of A full week using 25mg daily of CC MK677 and holy shot is it strong. Weight is up 4lbs this week alone and fullness is absolutely insane. Starting getting that’s lethargic feeling during the day when I was splitting my doses twice a day. So I am now taking my full dose an hour before I fall Asleep. The great thing about this is I Am No longer having trouble falling asleep. Which was very common cause I work overnite shift and have kids so not only is my normal sleep way shorter than what I should be getting but it’s also hard because on my off days I go back to sleeping a “normal” person schedule because of my kiddd and it’s definetly rough. But my point of saying this is the MK677 has really helped Improve my sleep quality already and has given me even some extra sleep. The other huge benefit I just started slowly noticing is in the gym I’m getting more reps.
Now only downside is my abs have gotten blurry especially during the day once I have multiple meals in me. But at least in the morning when I wake up there still good.

So the time has come where I’m really starting to put in some serious size. Getting compliments from people noticing at the gym almost regularly. The only problem I always always have when I’ve used mk677 in the past is the bloat in my stomach region. It’s an almost pregnant look. Starting tommorrow I’m a lower my dose a little, from 25mg to 20mg. I love all the benefits but just that stomach bloat bothers me so bad. I also just got my gh in today. So I’m very pumped to have that start kicking in while running the MK. Here’s my current cycle:
Mk677:20mg daily
Gh: 4iu on workout days
Novalin-R: 8iu preworkout only workout days
Anadrol: 100mg daily
Test cyp: 900mg weekly
Deca: 500mg weekly
Eq: 500mg weekly
 
Just wanted to post this today. Starting weight was 219. Weighed myself today after my workout and was 225.4
 
So I wanted to log today’s workout/update. One word “insane”. I did arms and shoulders in the gym. My pump in my upper body was so ridlicious my t shirt looked like an extra small on me. And “no” I sent one of them knuckleheads who wears a “smedium” shirt in the gym. An extra large and looked like I was wearing a kids shirt. Weight has also gone up another 2 lbs now as well. Weighed in today at the gym at 227. Loving this MK. Ohh also wanted to mention I did lower the dose just a very tiny bit. Just cause of the lethargic feeling. So now I’m using about 20mg daily.

Weight is at 230lbs now. Going to be lowering MK dose to 12.5 daily. I’m loving it like crazy. But the waters getting to be too much and I live everything about the stuff except the water. And it makes it hard when I’m so critical of myself. So starting today I’m gonna doing 12.5mg daily. And see where that takes me. Everything else is the same still
 
So here’s my update. It’s been about 3 days now while running a lower dose of the MK and I feel so much better and feel better about the way I’m looking too. The bloat has subsided a lot. Especially in the stomach area. Now my appetite is definetly still there, but it’s not to the point where I feel third world country hungry. And overall energy has gone up throughout day. So very pleased with this dose. May try and move up slowly after a week. But just slowly. Weight at the moment is 228. So quick story. I’m taking a shower today and the pump I got from just washing myself felt like I just got outta the gym. Was insane how hard and full my muscles were. Loved the feeling. That’s all I got for now. So hit gym hard today even though only got to get in a 44 min workout. So I did legs. I’ve been really increasing my calories gradually but not to fast that way it’s good weight and not sloppy weight I’m gaining. Literally all my big lifts have gone up. Today I didn’t go to heavy on squats but did my last 2 sets with 365. But what I did what sit in the hole for each rep. So I got 6 reps then 5 reps the last set. Insanely intense and I’ve been really focusing on going crazy deep in the hole. They let that has helped me so much is hitting my hand first before I squat. That way my range of motion is a lot better and I have plenty of blood pumped in my legs. So I weighed myself two days ago and my eight is currently at 233lbs. This is not only just 2 lbs away from my highest weight ever but also by far by far the leanest I’ve ever been at this weight. I definetly think lowering my MK dose to 12.5 and since adding in the gh my ohysique is literally changing rapidly. Some serious game changers. I’m also using 8iu novilin r just on workout days as well preworkout. So at the moment I’m super pleased with the progress I’ve been making and am focusing on staying consistent
 
So weight hit a high of 233 over the weekend. And I can say between the MK and gh combo I’m the leanest and fullest I’ve Eva been at this weight. Appetite I have to say is outta control. I can just eat and eat which is definetly helping with putting on size. But I wanna make sure it’s healthy food most of the time and not to much cheat meals. This past Sunday into Monday I had the absolute worse stomach bug I’ve had since this time last year. Completely emptied my body out. All I could do was drink water non stop. Couldn’t hold no good down. So felt better today (Tuesday) and hit some chest and Bi’s. But definetly didn’t feel 100% just yet so didn’t push to hard. But still gothe in great workout. I must’ve really got my chest good cause I’ve been having “pec spasms” all nite long tonite. I’m not sure how much weight the stomach bug took off me. But I’ll update y’all once I write again and show you my recent #s and progress!!
 
So I just started my 3rd dose on my second bottle today. This has been such a great experience so far and is very top notch Mk677. My weight is now fluncating between 231-233. Full 24/7 but what I’ve been most happy about is the lethargic feeling has gone away and the MK really helps keep my appetite up in a good way too I mean that. My goal is 240 with keeping the leanness I’m at and if I go pass hat great but I refuse to not hit that 240 mark. I’ve been busting my ass especially hard on constantly improving my squat and presses and rows. And I can say I seen noticeable size difference in my legs and I’m beating my logbook each week. So my biggest task is staying consistent with my program and most importantly my meals. Will be back to fill y’all in a few days. Till next time take care and stay safe
 
So weight is holding at 233 right now. I’m making literally constant gains/progress in the gym. Especially in my legs and back. My arms shoulder and chest are strong areas for me so I’m focusing on my weaker areas. And I’m my hardest critic but I’ve been getting compliments all the time. So I must be doing something right. I’m really trying to fit in more calories in my schedule to get past where I am. It’s just hard because I bloat very easily after I eat and it gets super uncomfortable. So trying to increase calories slowly. I can say I am really happy about the last 6 weeks thus far in progress. My MK dose has been .75ml daily every day before bed. And the bloat everyone talks about from MK has gone away dramatically compared to where it was. And I psyched about that. I’ll be back to update in a few days.
 
So the last 3-4 days I am back to using 25mg daily before bed. And loving it more than any dose so far. Now that I’ve been on as long as I have I’m not gettin the bad bloat. Very happy with recovery being absolutely awesome and sleep at an all time best. I’ve been breaking PRs in the gym so often lately I actually caught myself getting stupid and lost gettin hurt. I workout alone so I am really good at knowing my limits when it comes to weights and playing it safe. Well on chest day this week I was just feeling super good. And I was flat benching which I normally don’t do because I focus on inclines. Well I was telling 315 so added more weight and had on 335. I did 2 reps with ease and the third one right after comin out the negative just felt wrong. So I was able to rack it before my shoulder gave out. Very close call. But lesson learned. I can say I’m most happy about improvements in my legs. Not only have my weights gone up and rep counts but it’s showing in in outer quad sweep now too. Very pleased with my progress this run. And will continue at 25 mg daily for a lil while and maybe even increase a little bit soon
 
To the above post sorry I don’t notice fat loss so much but definetly have made real solid gains and not just water. The water definetly hits hard for the first month. But after that it went down for me and I really noticed Small’s weight gains weekly almost and recovery and PRs going up. Now for the shitty part of the post. ....
I have been running mk677, gh, nov-r, and test/npp/Eq cycle. Well my strength and gains really started coming fast. So about 6 days ago I caught myself just in Time who lifting while doing bench. I was flat benching solo because I don’t have a partner. I worked my way up to 335 and on my 3rd rep I caught myself before I really fucked up my shoulder/rotator cuf. So about 4 days ago from today I was doing back. Worked my way up that rowing (5) 4b plates for 8 reps then dropping a plate each time I fail. Then I moved to dB rows. Well while just doing the 100lb Db my supporting arm I felt a huge snap/pull in my tri. So I take my shirt off and look and don’t see nothing bruising wise. So I leave. Come back the next day workout just going lighter. No issues. Then today I’m hitting back and I’m doing lat pulldowns. I look in the mirror and see my entire tricep from the dB row accident is bruised dark dark purple and red. So I def no it’s not a full tear but might be a partial tear or hopefully just a pull. But I’ll find out soon. But for now it’s a CRAZYYYY looking bruise war wound on my right tricep that is nuts looking
 
I am started taking MK-677 25 milligrams daily in a 10-week cycle.
HOpe this will cut my body fat and I will gain muscle mass soon.

In studies, MK-677 didn't exhibit fat loss. HGH would still need to be added in for that.
