Hi,

Planning to do my first contest around march/ may. My goal is to do it with my own knowledge + the feedback I hope to get from you guys.

Currently training for a good 5 years with Some breaks in between.
Started at 19 years old 5'10 121lbs, currently 24 5'10 and 212lbs.

Currently eating 4600caloriees divided in 5 meals:

Meal 1: 150g cereal, 40gram whey, 300ml milk

Meal 2: 125g (uncooked weight) rice, 175 chickenbreast, banana, 40 grams cashew

Meal 3: Same as 2 minus banana

Intra: 400ml cranberryjuice, 50 Waxy maize, 10g peptopro

Meal 4: Same as 2 but minus the cashewnuts

Meal 5: 5 whole eggs

Gear: a simple 750 test e

Did quads this morning. Should've done a bit hams, adductors and calves but I was late at the gym. Ate breakfast, took citrulline and went training. That was a bad idea...

Did 2 working sets of hacks, did the full stack for 15 the first set and 12 the second set. Was already dizzy here and my legs were already pumped af.
Second excercise was leg extension, 1 straight set for 15 reps, second set I did it with a rest pause. 12 reps- rest pause- 5 reps- restpause- 3 reps. The pump was out of this world.

Finished with Some machine bulgarian split squats, 1 set of 10 and was done. Felt dizzy and sick. Tried to fight it but puked my breakfast out:rolleyes:
First time puking from training but it was mainly my food that fell heavy on my stomach.

Already feeling a bit sore tbh.
 
Going to extend the cycle to 16 weeks.

Adding 10mg of mk tomorrow or the day after and Some dbol (20-30mg) for the last 4-5 weeks.

Currently weighing 98,4kg/ 217lbs at night.

School and worklife fckd with my training for the last 3 days, geeez the things I do for a diploma and Some money:eek:

my paper is done and submitted, have to defend it on the 28 of august. Work is done next wednesday but starting again at september for a few weeks and then starting at uni for three years.

looking forward to kill it tomorrow even though I'm running low on sleep.

On a positive note, gear Has arrived for my next blast. I'll give eq a go :D

And Some test-tren-mast for Maybe a comp stack in early 2019

- incline machine press: 8x105kg- 11x85kg- rest pause- 4x85kg

-banded chest press: muscle rounds so 6x4 with 15 seconds rest in between

- cable fly: 3x12x20kg

- cable Side raise: 12x7,5kg- 10x 7,5kg restpause 4x7,5kg

- front raise: 10x7,5kg- restpause 5x7,5kg

-db overhead ext: 4x44kg- 12x32kg

- one arm cable pushdown (Side way): 15x5kg-12x5kg. Those burned like a mf.

- close grip pulldown :8x75-rp: 3x75, 11x60
-db row: 10x50kg-rp: 4x50kg-rp:3x50kg
- high machine row: 2x8x80kg (this sucked tbh)
-db pull-over: 10x40kg-4x44kg (bit too much)
- db upright row: 12x12kg- 10x14kg-rp: 6x14kg-rp:5x14kg (traps were pumped)

- concentration curl: 15x10kg-15x12kg-8x14kg
- hammer curl: 8x18kg, 6x18kg-rp: 5x18kg
 
Trained upperbody today, pump was great with med tech 750mg test in my system hah!

-incline bench: 3x92,5- 6x82,5- restpause: 3x82,5kg (was a bit too heavy, I suck at pressing).

- db lying bench row 10x24kg- restpause: 6x24kg - restpause: 5x24kg

-seated shoulder press: 7x75kg- restpause: 2x75kg

- overhead cable extension: 15x25kg- 8x30kg- 6x30kg

- close grip db curl: 10x12kg- 7x16kg- restpause: 5x16kg

- v bar pushdown: 10x30kg- restpause: 5x30kg

- unilat bicep curl machine: 12x20kg- restpause: 6x20


As you can see it's a bit arm dominant. Kinda abused the restpause but it felt good and skin tearing.

Weight is still 96kg, contemplating to add a little extra food but having Some digestive issues atm
 
Had my first scraping session yesterday, f me that was no Joke. He worked a lot on quads which was painfull like a mf:eek:

Training calfs a few hours before wasn't exactly the best idea too.

Did:

-seated calf raise : 15x80kg- 15x80kg- restpause 7x80- restpause 6x80

- standing calf raise with db: 10x12kg + 10 partials, 8x12kg + 10 partials

- vertical calf press: 3x12x120kg

So tomorrow I'm defending my paper. Not going to lie, I feel a bit nervous/ anxious. It kills my appetite but I'm force feeding a bit today.

Did train legs today but skipped the caffeine pre workout. So pre workout was 6 grams of citrulline.

Single leg legcurl big toe pointing to the inside: -Some warm ups- 10x30kg + restpause: 5x30- 15x22,5kg

seated leg curl: 5x65kg + restpause: 2x65kg- 10x50kg + 5 partials

hyperextention with big toe pointed inwards: 3x15xbw

db walking lunges 2x6x36kg

adductors 1x15x60kg - 2x10x60kg


Only an hour but it was good.
 
Defending my paper went well and I've passed :D

Pinned my last 375mg of test yesterday and weight-in at 99kg ;D
I think im going to eat the Same amount of caloriees in my cruise unless I start gaining weight. Cruise will be 150mg of test with 10mg of mk 677.
Going to try and maintain or even progress on my lifts while cruising.

Will be logging my training more as I'm less busy.

Upperbody yesterday. Agression and drive was pretty good

-incline bb bp 30 degrees: 5x92,5kg- 8x80kg- restpause: 4x80kg

-db high row: 12x20kg-13x20kg

-seated military press: 7x77,5kg- 3x80kg

- tricep pushdown: 11x35- 8x35- restpause: 3x35

-db close grip curl: 8x16kg-8x12kg

- close grip bp: 5x70kg- 4x75 (was done lol)

Was very pumped during and after this session :p

Looking forward to cruise a bit and next up will be test- eq and low dose tren

Had 3 restdays in a row. Girlfriend came of and she has a broken arm. Took care of her those days. Gave her Some phenibut and fck me she was horny asf :D had a lot of bed cardio those 3 days hahaha.

pinned my first cruise dose today, 150mg if test. I think I didn't get the full dose as blood was streaming out of my delt the moment I took out the needle.

went training at my old gym, everyone was telling me how swole I got lol, definitly a bit of ego booster :D

pull today:

close grip pulldown restpause: 7-2-1 x 80kg / 11x65kg

wide grip cable row: 8x75kg/ 17x55kg

db row: 15x 44- 12x 44 (didn't had any heavier)

pullover machine: 9x65

session went very well. Had Some gear talk after the session with Some lads who used to be scared to talk about it :p

2 days with my girlfriend, feels like I didn't ate enough (didn't weigh everything) so today I felt a little 'skinny'. Good thing about it is my stomach seems to be pretty empty which wasn't the case the last 2 weeks (felt like I didn't digest my food anymore).

anyway, saterday was legs with a trainingpartner.

Legday

1) lying leg curl: 9x45kg + 15 partials- 7x51kg

2) seated leg curls with forced negatives: 13x65kg

3) banded hyperextention: 7xbw (did a number on my lower back)

4) banded spilt squats ss with db split squats: 15xbw+ 20x20kg- 20xbw+ 20x20kg. (The superset would've better if I switch the excersises)

5) adductors: 12x60kg- 9x70kg + 6 partials

6) calf press: 15x51- 7x81kg + 8 partials



and today was push without a partner, which I like better tbh.

- pre workout was jack3d 3/4 scoop with 6g citrulline + 10mg mk.

- intra: 400ml orange juice + 50 grams Waxy maize+ 10grams peptopro+ 5grams creatine

push

1) incline machine press: 9x52,5/ side- 9x43,75/ Side

2) banded machine press: 7x60kg- 11x47,5

3) db decline fly: 7x22kg- 15x16kg

4) cable side raise: 10x7,5kg- 20x5kg

Been a bit busy, today was my first day at uni which was Nice!

Saw Some old buddies today, they asked if I was bulking cause they could tell hahaha :D

3 weeks into cruising now on 150 test ew and 10mg mk 677 per day.

also at the end of a deload phase.

Deload push today:

-pre workout: 1/2 scoop jack3d+ 3 grams citrulline. Found that a higher dose of citrulline messes with my stomach.

- intra: 400ml orange juice, 50 grams Waxy maize, 10 grams of Pepto pro, 3 grams of leucine, 3 grams of creatine.

1) incline machine Press: 7x 53,75kg/ Side.

2) banded machine press: 8x60kg

3) decline db fly: 13x20kg

4) cable Side raise: 10x5kg- 15x6,25

5) cable front raise: 15x5kg

6) one arm push down (activation): 20x5kg

7) overhead db extension: 8x40kg

bodyweight still 97kg.
 
Legs on the menu today, will try to front squat again and see how the injury is doing. Going to put the squat near the end of my training so I won't attempt Some stupid weights :D
 
Going to fire this log back up, currently 30 weeks out. Might open a new log to log the whole prep.

uni is kicking my butt these last few weeks with early lessons up untill nine in the evening.

currently training 4 days a week, eating at maintenace and juice at 125mg of test and 10mg of mk. Bodyweight is 97kg :)
