DSIP(Delta sleep-inducing peptide) It comes in a 5mg bottle so how do you mix? 5ml water? What about dose I hear 100mcg just before bed works great. Anyone?

If you look at the literature it doesn't appear to have any sleep inducing effects on humans. I'd be cautious about using it

Doxylamine Succinate or Cyclobenzaprine.
The first is unisom, the second is flexeril, a common muscle relaxant. I can get the latter if anyone needs it.

If I really want a good nights sleep I do heavy cardio late at night, have a light meal omellete no steak or other heavy animal based meats as it digests while,e you sleep and affects your REM. Then take mod grf/ipam and turn off the computer/tv and read a book instead.
