I came across this while looking to find a cure/alleviate the carpal tunnel I'm getting..

I've copied in one sentence here talking about carb utilization in cells which is interesting.

It's also why watching your carbohydrate intake and glucose levels is important. It shifts the balance over to fatty acids for fuel, but it does so by creating an insensitivity to insulin ,and those fruity loops have to go somewhere, and they're not getting burned up at this point. Now, if you're just talking a few iu's here and there combined with a sensible diet, it's a non-point. If you're taking 10 ius and using other insulin desensitizing agents like ephedrine or t3, and you're asking for a slow spiral into diabetic territory ig you keep it up for extended periods and eat like crap (which also means to simply eat more carbohydrate than necessary, not just eating junk food).

Your absolutely correct which is why I always preach one must have a good diet even while on gh to maximize it's fat burner properties. Sloppy diet will do all the things you have mentioned no matter how much gh you take. I'm a firm believer in eating just enough carbs while on gh and slin and not to overdo it or else diabetes comes into play as well as putting on unwanted bodyfat.
