Will keep a brief experience/journal here for my lab rat which will be getting 100mcg bi-lat daily of lr3 for 40 days.

Stand alone of course, just lr3 for this period.
 
Ill make sure this log gets completed to unlike most logs that don't get completed lol.
 
Good. Try to keep other factors constant (other peptides, hormones, diet, training), so you can tell what specific effects the IGF-1 is having.
 
Will be watching have some on hand.Planning on running the lr3 when on break from hgh.
 
High volume, loads around 60-85 percent, short rest periods... chest back day 1, hiit cardio day 2, delts arms day 3, hiit cardio day 4, legs day 5, rest then repeat cycle

1.5 x bodyweight for protein, 350g carbs, 100g fat, multi, no other chemicals or supps at the moment


day 1, on lr3....nothing different to report yet

no need to pin lr3 bilaterally... it goes systemic anyways.

pin left/right on alternating days if it makes you feel better, but you dont have to stick yourself twice a day if you can just keep it to one pin ;)
 
hmm so far muscles seem fuller than usual, everything else the same tho!

thx, i dont have a sponsor as of now, not sure if i can name where i got it from...picked up some lr3 and some mel so i can get my tan on lol
 
insulin vs igf-1 lr3 guys? which one would you prefer? last time i took insulin i was screwing around and didnt even keep a online journal so i dont even know if it did anything hah, plus i was using test E and other anabolics with it
 
I just meant to ask if you got it from a sponsor of this board, like maxim pep, ergo, etc.. not if you were sponsored. And If you got it from someone that does not advertise here I don't believe you are allowed to say, as it could be seen as promoting.
 
1)noticeable effect already my arms are up a half inch, but then again im training arms 2x a week

2)waist line seemed leaner...but measured it, its actually the same lol

3)i can tolerate a high carb intake now, woo!
