? regarding follistatin 344 protocol..

Im new to the board but been in the game for a decade.. I have researched follistatin dosage and came up with all sorts of opinions and doses.. anyone here have some personal experiences with folli? Im going to be stacking it with some DES @ 40mcg a day.. just curious how much folli344 and how often... thanks for any help

recon it with bac water and give it to your research animal all at once.

I pinned my animal in the pec bilaterally.

So if you used 1ml of bac water do .5ml to left peck and .5ml to right peck.

what if im really just trying to get my calves up to par? can i just pin 1mg of folli or mhp into each one and train like crazy and watch them grow or is it a little more to it?

I've seen some post to do 100mcg/day for 10d, others who give the entire vial at once per 7-10 days. I'll be running ACE-031 at 1mg every 6 days (all at once) very shortly so I will post what results that brings, if any.

Seems that the consensus was that better results were seen at the 1mg dosing versus spreading it out, but YMMV.
