Decided to have my own thread on insulin so I don't take up somebody else's thread concerning Mike's advise on slin protocol.
Update: First week on slin.
My skin is tighter and I'm fuller. I wake up at 2:30pm and at gym by 3:30 so I've been fasting before slin pin.
Take my peps for GH release and slin. 15 mins later 60gm Karbolyn w/23gm CFM protein (I have Amino 97 on it's way), 6gm peptopro, BCAA, L Glut and Creatine.... I have another made up in a bottle to drink one hour later and another in bag for 'just in case'.
On the 5th..yesterday I made my first mistake.. I drank my carb/protein sup and left for gym...one hour later I started 'sipping' the second and finished it driving home at end of 1 1/2 work out. I cut this work out a lil short because I felt lethargic... tired. Got home ...as I walked in house I saw stars... knew I was in trouble... downed a pepsi.. as I'm drinking the pepsi I take a glucose test... 69.. I'm sure it was lower before I started drinking my pepsi. Downed the reserve carb/protein drink... last test was 98...then started feeling better but drained.
Lesson learned I guess... don't sip the second.. suck it down and at end of workout suck the other down... just totally avoid hypo.
I'm still kinda drained from it..but my body still feels fuller/tighter...bigger.
I'm not gaining any fat in fact I'm down a lil in weight..must be from GH peps getting rid of what lil fat I have.
AAS's:
1250mg Sust all in one shot on monday
600mg NPP per week
100mg ABombs
50mg Dbol
Started Carber therapy on the 5th as it took too long for me to orgasm during sex... fiance loved it but...sheeeeesh wiped me out. Prolactin levels must be high.
Good news is I learned a lesson and also found out I'm sensitive to insulin still at 52... guess I lived properly eh?
