Thyroid T3 question

I am prescribed synthroid (T3) for slow thyroid. My first doctor had me waaay under dosed, he was not s specialist. Went to another doc and he increased my meds- went from .05mcg to .90....still have some of the .05s left. I gained some mid section weight while on the too low meds, I have been on the right meds for over a year. I was wondering if I could bump my current meds for a few weeks to shed these last 5-7 lbs without screwing myself up. Im mid 40's stregnth has come back, muscle shape and everything else is going great...these few stubborn pounds are killing me...LOL...thanks for help.

Dosage

Really at that dose dont think it would be a problem at all . But then im no doctor

I would go up slowly and monitor any sides to find right dosage.

Excess T4 is converted to Reverse T3. That would be the only issue as RT3 blocks T3 from doing its thing.

Need to be on a constant dose 4 weeks minimum and get blood work done. T4 builds up in the body.
