How to know Huper A / Green Tea is working when researching peps? Is there signs?

I've just added Huperzine A and Grean Tea extract to my peps research. I'm taking it 30 mins before my research. Is there any signs to know that its working?

So far i've experience greater clarity and mental alertness which is one of the benefit of consuming Hyper A.

Could you guys share your experience on Hyper A/Grean Tea? Any way to ensure that its working?

Don't worry it's workin bro. Just keep takin it 30 min prior. Besides it can't hurt and has other health benefits as well. I've been hittin it for about a month with good results. I used to only fuck with hgh.

Been doin the hup a since I've started so I can't compare. The only real way of knowing is by getting your levels tested.

Actually I don't understand what do you expect from Grean Tea extract?
Can you explain?
Hup A is good... but green tea...antioxidant and no more!

Hup A half-life is 8-10 h.
So, the green tea is just a rubbish
