So I have a question.
I thought that I had read somewhere that you don't want the body to produce insulin and GH at the same time, for some reason. Is this true? If so, why?
Do these two hormones compete with one another, or are they actually synergistic?
What are the pros and cons of using a GHRH + GHRP peptide alongside a meal (or shake) that spikes the body's natural insulin production?
Many people suggest researching GH peptides post workout, but at that time, many people also are having high-glycemic carbs and shakes. I'm trying to understand whether these are interfering with one another, or if they are synergistic.
