210lbs (13-14% bf, think I would be around 80kg in contest-shape)
24 years old.
"Supps" - Test, orals, peptides, insulin.
My goals with this is to bring me down to about 5-6% bf, with some gains/proliferation.
Calories will be kept around 2500, abit higher and days I work out, and lower on days Im resting/steady-state cardio.
I fast up until 12 (Noon) and working at a warehouse, this will provide me some "fasting cardio".
I get these option, as Im limited to 150mcg grf-mod per day, will be run with ghrp-2.
1. 100/50 x 3 (morning, pre-workout, pre-bed), squeeze 1-2 shots of only ghrp-2 (100mcg)
2. 100/75mcg (this would be saturaction for me, pre-bed and morning due to fatloss?) add 1-2 ghrp-2 only
3. 100/100 and 100/50 (morning, pre-bed) and fill out with some ghrp-2 only.
Basicly I could switch it up how I want it, but to a maximum of 150mch of mod-grf a day. I know this is only a small part of the plan, it will all come down to training and diet.
Another questions - the shot around training, wouldnt it be best to take it pre-workout? Im following BIG A's insulin protocol and Im thinking elevated levels during workout is what would benefit the most. After all I "only have" ~4h after the workout until I sleep and get the nightshot.
This will be my timings (with 100/50mcg):
06:30 - Morning 100/50mcg
07:00 - At work
10:00 - MAYBE 100mcg GHRP-2
12:30 - Breaking the fast with mealn #1. Around 50g prot and 20g fat
14:00 - MAYBE 100mcg GHRP-2
15:00 - Meal #2 - protein 40g, carbs 50g, fat 5-10g
17:30 - Insulin + shake #1
17:55 - Pre-workout 100/50mcg
18:00 - Workout and sip on shake #2
19:00 - Finished workout
19:30 - Shake #3 or a meal (50/50/close-to-zero)
23:00 - Pre-bed 100/50mcg
Would the shots of only ghrp-2 benefit me at all?
Should I concentrate the dozes of mod-grf when Im fasting/pre cardio? Since the primary goal is aid in fatloss, even if more muscles is equally welcome.
