rat came off growth for awhile for no reason just wanted a break. on calorie deficit and diet training program for possible show if im talked into it. weight down a lot and body fat getting very low. started the igf des back up pre 80-100mcg's as i love that stuff. currently on 300mg wk of prop and tren ace, 100mcg t3, 50mg anavar, and 50mg winny. thinking about doing 3-4iu's of mexy's black tops either am or pm depending on time distance from workout and des. rat is also stacked up on ghp-6 and cjc-1295 which is also very well liked at 200mcg each 2-3x a day. seeing what you guys think. ran the lr3 with gh a long time ago so to tell you the truth i do not remember the results all that well. i'm 5'7 with a wakeup weight of around 206 down from 230. I have cut a lot but not lost a lot of strength which is what i used to care about the most lol. I want to try for another 500lb raw bench but still need time to heal from a serious tricep "snap". im more involved with incline now and before the weightloss was close to a 405 incline so hoping to get that up a lot in offseason now im hitting 315 for 6-10 depending on energy. squat is my favorite but have a knee that keeps messing with me that needs some healing as anything over 500lb seems to tweak it. hoping the gh will possibly aid the anavar in skeletal recovery and help the tendons out.
 
Just wondering if the gh will be worth the money to run or not or should it be saved until bulking begins after cutdown.
 
well rat back on the gh. 4iu a day am/pm split with des pre workout. already sleeping great again.
