Gonna run DES and do some cutting...was going to start at 40mcg for 3 days, then 80, then 100 for duration...was wondering if it would help fat burning more if I did before cardio as well as lift?
Start at 100mcg no problem, I've done 200mcg preworkout for ever, some in here do 300mcg. Cardio and DES don't mix well for me at all, you get huge pumps from the stuff, and for me pumped legs don't do great cardio.
