IGF-1 DES and Follistatin

Hoping a few of you guys can give me some insight on your personal use/results with either, or both of these. I've done some research myself, but I feel that hearing reviews from guys that have actually used them goes much further. Also, if anyone can PM me which sponsors on here they've gotten them from and actually prefer it would be much appreciated. Looking for dosing info, pre or post workout, IM or SQ...things like that. Thanks brothers.

Be careful when getting Follistatin. Make sure it's the untagged version. If not will be one sick puppy.
