Looking for advice on my HumR protocol.
I work 11-6 and train from 9-1030is then tan and head to work.
Here is what i am thinking,
Wake up 6-630 Pin Mod1-29 and GHRP2. Wait 15 minutes eat my oats and whey.
Pin 5iu humulin-R 830am then have a Karbolyn shake 50mg and 40 grams of isolate with aminos etc 30 min later "9am" then lift 915am. Drink amino drink intra "no carbs" finishing workout around 1030ish i would then pin my peps again then consume another shake 15 min later of the same mixture as shake 1. then there after a whole meal 90 min to 2 hours later.
I am hoping the smaller dose of just 5iu I wont need a intra shake as i want to pin peps post without blood sugar being to high.
I dont want to go the post workout route as I am in retail and can get tied up with customers leaving me with no access to food. By going Pre i can have more of my insulin covered upon work.
