Ok I know its been asked a million times but I just cant seem to nail a pinning protocol...
have tried these...
10iu 3days/week post workout
5ius post workout 5 days/week
5iu AM 5iu pre bed
10iu right upon waking
Now im looking to do around 6 to 8ius of rips a day if I can control the bloat I get in the ankles
What works best for you guys?
I usually switch it up to from subq to IM
Iv tried each protocol for at least a month each, maybe just need to stick to something and roll with it, haha but you all know how that mind works.. "if there is a better way" we'll try it
