PEG MGF Dosage

Hey guys I have decided on using PEG MGF to speed up recovery, along with TB500 and HGH, however I am a bit confused on the dosing of the PEG MGF. My situation is Im an athlete training for a speed competition, so between lifts and run/agility days I am going hard 6 days per week. Now some guys say take the PEG MGF on off days but really I dont have an off day, so my plan was to take it ED before bed to help my muscles heal/rebuild. So, if I were to use this peptide ED, what would you recommend for a dosage. Ive heard from 200-400mcg on off days which is roughly 3 days a week so using those numbers would 200mcg ED be a good dose? thanks in advance.
