Last 3 week have been eating 3 pop tart before workout drinking 60 gram protein thur workout and using 5iu HGH before bed.Morning sugar levels are 75-85 on meter but have gotten leaner and gained size.Anyone else had this experience.

hgh drops my sugar.....I have repeated consistent results.

On the day I did my hgh serum test, I had fasted for 12 hours, and my sugar was 82.

4 iu hgh will drop me into the high 60's to low 70's.

Everyone forgets that IGF-1 surges almost always drop blood sugar.
 
Yes but what about size gains obtained from natural insulin release with HGH?
 
Yes I to am growing at a good pace also,but I have been cruising on HRT dose for 5 mths and using this techinque may never do another major blast.
 
I am not (actively) trying to lean out....

I am not doing any cardio at all and truly eat what I want(within reason).

When I started on May 24th - I was 193 at 11-12% BF (had dropped weight for professional reasons). I have bumped to 3iu fasted in the am and 3 iu fasted before weights.

I am running ED 45 mg prop, 35 mg Masteron, 35 mg NPP(all EOD) and 500 mg EQ per week. 50 mcg T3 daily.

This AM I was 215.4 and around 8.5% BF and I am starting cardio this week for a professional reason starting in Oct, hoping to end at 200-205 at 6-7%.
 
I'm 59 and trying to get leaner,but done this on a carb up day and looked amazing the next day so I have kept doing it and am still on only 140mg prop weekly 5iu eli's daily and the preworkout carb manipultion getting leaner an bigger at same time.Before carb manipulation was just getting leaner.
