I've been following a 10mg gw/day with a keto diet (carb up every 7 days) for the past three weeks. I feel as if im actually stalled on my fat loss by doing this. I do cardio fasted in the AM 6 days a week as well along with my 4-5x a week lifting schedule. I have lost bodyfat rapidly on keto before, however now that ive added gw to the mix, it seems like im getting nowhere. anyone have similiar experiences to this? any input would be appreciated. thanks
