I've been following a 10mg gw/day with a keto diet (carb up every 7 days) for the past three weeks. I feel as if im actually stalled on my fat loss by doing this. I do cardio fasted in the AM 6 days a week as well along with my 4-5x a week lifting schedule. I have lost bodyfat rapidly on keto before, however now that ive added gw to the mix, it seems like im getting nowhere. anyone have similiar experiences to this? any input would be appreciated. thanks
 
Keto isnt needed on GW just lower carbs..your body will hold carbs longer since GW will have you switched to fat burning...are you an anything else? I notice water weight gain over 5mg per day.

havent really noticed water retention, actually a little less water retention. im on nothing else as i want to see the effects of gw501516 alone. So far im not impressed, but it could be due to the keto.... no idea. i heard off people comparing it do dnp and im just not seeing it. perhaps some carbs are needed for the additional "burning effect/body temp raise?
 
Try eating a little fruit, and dont do a carb up day. I wouldnt really compare it to DNP but you should be warmer.

so pretty much a low carb diet instead of keto? thanks, i will change it up and let u know if anything changes.
