Tore my peck in April'13. Immediately commenced with injecting all my peps and gh in injured peck. Went thru a whole kit of mgf. Bear in mind this wasn't a complete tear, ended up with a gap in outer peck, who knows what it'll look like in contest shape. I'm no genius, but this is what I did for rehab. Buddy loaned me his ultra sound machine. Used that twice a week, and after chest workout. Also iced it every time I had chance to. Went all the way back to zero on chest training. Just free hand movements. Went from that, after 2-3weeks to empty handle on various machines. Then proceeded to slowly add 5-10lbs every other workout. All the while, gh in morning and mgf at night pwo. I'm back up to 3-4plates on hammerstrength and 60lb incline flyers for 15reps. long story short, I do believe the site injecting gh and peps was a huge help, take all the help you can get when you're 50yrs old and get injured.
