I know there is plenty of stuff to read. But I want to know is I workout at working on my lunch and it may be quite changeling to takes incluin with me and and inject pre or post workout. I have read people take it when they eat big meals.
What are the opinions on this?
 
Your not gonna get the benefits of shuttling the nutrients to the muscle around the workout window, but it will still help. and if your running it with GH you dont really have to worry about excess fat gain
 
I have found that pre-workout works amazing for myself, but everyone is different. The obvious biggest challenge that you will have is finding somewhere to shoot the GH and Slin in private, and ensure that no matter what, you eat enough carbs pre, peri and pwo, and not miss the next couple of meals when the humalog peaks for the second time.

If that does not work, then I would honestly try and find a better time of day to train, so you can take advantage if the GH and Slin's effects.

When I wake up i take 2 units of riptropin 3 hours after I'm up and then 4 units 45 min before the gym and 15 units of rapid insulin (15 min peak only) and then come home and take 8 more units of slin with post workout supps and meal I carb with each pin of slin 1/10 ratio and take one genesis T3 tab before bed at night (personal preference)

You may not want to use the doses that I use or maybe you need more but use a glucometer to check blood values to be safe

With the rips at this dosage my hands and feet hurt ridiculously bad but everything else feels wonderful, I'm 26 so I know my natural levels are higher and at age 34 the standard bb dose is 4 units a day so I feel pretty good about my range

Depends what works for you I could never workout during lunch and think I was getting a good enough workout in and probably wouldn't use slin just because I don't feel adequate time, nutrients, and supplementation can be managed in such short of time

Hmm so kind what I am asking good. I do my GH in morning. I prob will taking slin 3 hours later.
 
Started my slin today 2ius. Nothing. Going to 4 tomorrow.
