Greetings all, I am new to GH and bluntly; due to to severe powerlifting injury, I plan to powerbuild/bodybuild for about 12 months.
My gear I feel very comfortable with (900 mg of phenyl test/NPP blend weekly). New for me is the addition of GH daily. This is not to heal but exponentially put on LBM.
Yes, I have researched with mixed results, so I would like to just humble myself and ask for any valid input as I continue to study. Learning is taking what took you a long time and trying to pass it along in a shorter time with less mistakes. All input is welcome; please be blunt and help create a learning curve that is superior.
I am sure there are things I have not thought of, pease feel free to help my ignorance.
I guess a very quick background could help: PL'ing for about 18 years of active competition, solid LBM base, 220 class, very lean, 52 yo, health is top notch, low BP, god baselines, nothing problematic, excellent nutrition. My wife is a world record holder, uses peptides, proud to say she is jacked, lean, feminine, and lovely. I am a very lucky and thankful man.
Much thanks and respect, thankful for this community,
jabin
