anyone agree that research with 4ml of tb500 a week and 250mcg bpc157 ed is enough or would you change your research any? And would you site inject sq or im, or just sq belly?

I've researched both those peptides. IME tb500 is better on muscles and BPC 157 is better for the tendons and ligaments. tb500 is fine sub-q. BPC 157 while some will say its systemic I think its best to inject BPC 157 just into the torn tendon. Dosing is tricky the only online document which I found speaks to a 10mcg/KG dose level so a 100KG test subject would need 1MG/ED. I became my research at 250mcg as well like you are proposing. I so upped it to 500 and then 750mcg using 2 and then 3 different spot injections around the tendon. In hindsight better results were observed at the higher dose level
