I always do it at home since I'm about 5 minutes from the gym, but have done it in the bathroom at the gym before if coming straight from work or something else.

Best is pre-workout bilateral. Also doing micro dosage at 15-20mcg 4-5x through out the day did good but that protocal worked much better for lr3.
Using it pre-workout is the best and there is a point of diminishing return. So start at 50mcg and work your way up to 100mcg and take notes during the process.

I dont think I ever researched more than 100mcg at a time and only would have done delts IM... hypothetically of course
