Any thoughts on running higher doses every other day vs lower doses ED?

Or how about running even higher doses mon tues, off, thurs fri, off off

Just curious in seeing hgh not being run daily

Pharma growth would be utilized
 
I was on Ed 3.3ius for 4 months and decided to change it up some I started taking it EoD at 6.6ius I'm liking it so far.

I have not seen enough evidence to convince me that eod is the way to go I would think with eod your IGF levelevs would flucuate? Just like anabolics I believe the point is to raise our hormone levels and keep them there?
GH is relatively fast acting so wouldnt it make sense to take it more often?
The theory of 2 or 3 shots per day everyday makes most sence to me.
Unfortunately thats impractical for me because of work so I take my GH every day at 4pm and I am very satisfied with the results.

I am kinda unclear as to the effects right now. I am certainly slimmer for the one month I have been on now. my frikking left arm is tingling all day so I have dropped dosage from 3 iu a day to 1 iu twice a day.
What other things should I notice? how long until I notis=ce skin changes?
I realize this is just a fat burning dose but since my arm is numb all night, I am not sure I want to do more yet.
 
ED gives best results from my research.
 
Tried both. didn't notice much of a difference besides I was REALLY tired during eod shot days.
 
My sides are finally subsiding. The tingling in my right hand is almost gone and my feet dont hurt so bad. I went down to 2 ius eod pre workout for maybe 4 weeks and now I bumped it up to 3 ius eod. Seems to be working for me but I just cant get the gains im looking for yet.

I have liked it a few ways. Daily,,AM and on training days AM/PWO.
I always have liked ONLY training days,,,a few IU in the morn and a large 8-10+IU PWO.
 
I feel that blood levels should remain as constant as possible. I also think anything less than every day is just an excuse to cheap out and stretch your kits. I would say every exercise day is the best and considering I work out every day, many times twice a day then I would dose daily regardless. Just for info I'm on Rips at 5iu a day.

I think you're close - minded about the benefits of less frequent larger dosing advantages.

So... Here we go

2iu everyday 7 days a week?

3iu, every other day non stop per week?

3or4iu mon tues, off, thurs fri.off, sat sun, off, tues wedes, off, thurs fri, off sat sun?

Or 5 to 6iu mon, we'd, fri, off off, repeat?
 
Currently 3iu's just prior to workout 3-4 days a week. ( waiting for Mexi)
But 3iu's everyday is more better.
Would prefer 3iu's off days,10 preworkout.

Not a whole lot of difference either way from what I have seen...
*2-3iu ED (once) is a good start and health benefits and anti-aging are here...some leaning effect
*1.5-2iu 2x daily a bit leaner, improved recovery
*5iu split dose (2 first thing in the morn and 3 pwo) on training days seems to be best bang for the buck assuming you train 4-5x a week.

Exceeding these doses causes joint pain, lethargy, BLOATING for many (but this is personal observation some people see varied effects)... so varying between these methods (60 days each lets say) seems to work well.
Also please note, due to the nature of GH it's not necessary to have constant blood levels...males generally get a "large" GH pulse once a day (sleeping) so once a day or even larger once EOD is still going to provide benefits. Having your IGF level HIGH all the time is actually not the goal.
