what do you guys take this with OMG the taste is horrible. my liquid arimidex wasn't great but was tolerable i just chased it down with OJ any help would be appreciated thanks.

Agreed. That's the best way... gel caps are super cheap and you can put the liquid in and won't taste a thing.

Use oral syringe and squirt it onto your tounge follow it by water or your favorite beverage.
