I googled it last night without much luck. Everyone was just firing off negative shit about it but no reviews so im cutious to get some feedback because im interested in this as well

It's just a synthetic version of your luteinizing hormone releasing hormone (LHRH) which your hypothalamus secretes to stimulate LH production in your pituitary. So it does the same job as triptorelin which is totally overrated.

HCG and HMG deal with the testes part of the HPTA, while gonadorelin and triptorelin stimulate the pituitary.

based on my experience totally agree re: Triptorelin.

Isn't Gonadorelin Acetate effectively GnRH ?

I know this thread is a few months old but I found a little something worth reading. It appears that triptorelin is an analog of gonadorelin modified to increase its active life. Gonadorelin does the same thing but has a shorter active life and is released in a pulsatory manner requiring more frequent dosing.

"Triptorelin is a synthetic analogue of gonadorelin (natural GnRH decapeptide) with amino acid (D-tryptophan) substitution in position 6 to inhibit rapid degradation for long activity."

Or you could have just read my post 2 posts up. LHRH, gonadorelin, GnRH are just different names for the same hormone.

I was told you have to pin it daily so Triptorelin sounds like the better choice due to one time pinning only.

I have heard only good things about Tripterelin when it is used at 100mcg post cycle in one shot.

Theres still not enough reviews and experiences on these chemicals. We're still in the "locker room advice" stage. Both sounds good, but we need logs with protocols and blood tests.
