I didn't realize you asked the first question too. Yes I think rotating is best with peps and well everything. When using the likes of a ghrh and ghrp combo I think 4-8 weeks is a nice amount of time. I would use cjc-dac for 8 weeks at a time. The ipam the same. Hexa a bit less and so on. You can't go wrong with 4-8 weeks imo.
