Ok so here is my story, just did a 14 week contest diet with a very well known Coach on this board and my show is this sat and I could not be more pleased with my progress and the way I will be looking on stage on Saturday. I was on 3-8 iu kefis ed from sept of this year till First part of Apr. Great results but I am the kind of guy that even looking at a bottle of hgh makes me hold 5-8 lbs of water and swells up my gut. I dropped my HGH 2 weeks out and lost 6.5 lbs of water in about 8 days. I love GH but hate the bloat, but I know for a fact that I would not have the grainy hard matured muscle look that I have right now at 30 if I have not been doing it off and on for last 10 years. I have used it all pharma, mexy, kefi, rips, Ect.
Here is my Question I want to give my body a break until sept when I start to
bulk again keep the lean waisted not holding any water look throughout summer but love my hgh. is there any peptides or peptide combos that
1. will give me good hgh spurt and HOLD NO WATER
2. Something I could possibly take at night to help me sleep With NO Water retention
3. Something I could take am or post workout that will not want to make me take a nap and get lethargic
I have a good amount of knowledge when it comes to anabolics , supplements and nutrition now especially working with the coach I did on here but I am trying to dive into the peptides part here and it is just confusing the fuck out of me
