hey guys I don't post much but read a lot and really enjoy the knowledge on the board. I have used various peptides and aas over the years and am getting back into things after a bit of a lay off. im running some aas and added in peptides for the usual benefits. I am going to add in some igf or thinking of adding some igf into the mix. currently im running this

eq 500mgs
test 600mgs EW
cjc 100mcgs 3x a day w/o dac
ghrp-2 100mcgs 3x a day as well generally in the AM upon waking, Post workout and before bed
I was thnking of adding in IGF and using that post workout and just moving my cjc/ghrp dose to another time instead of post workout but im not 100% sure what the most effective dosing schedule would be. any help would be great.
