How're you guys doin PMGF?

Are you all researching it immediately post workout? Or only on off days or "x" amount. Of days a week?

Figured the long half life and 200mcg first thing am on my off days...

I use to run 100/400mcg subQ 30 min after work out or at night but had to stop because the slight eye pressure it created turned into a full blown migraine that lasted for days.

I also had some major elbow and cheek bone growth that I can only attribute to the peg MGF.

On top of that, peg MGF can also create NEW fat cells.

If I ran it again I would do SMALL doses, like 5-10mcg.
