So I thought I would do my best to log my research on a 4 week high dose IGF run
Plan:
EOD 500mcg IGF LR3 it will be a split dose AM shot will be IM in muscle worked night before. Second shot will be post workout on muscle gropu worked 20 mins after workout
100 MCG IGF DES pre workout only nothing on off days
GHRP 6 100mcg per meal
DAY 1:
Day 1.
250mcg IGF LR3 AM in shoulders due to working them yesterday
100mcg DES Pre workout in traps as Im trying to add a little neck size due to past injury
250mcg IGF LR3 20 mins post workout in traps.
The high AM dose for sure made my shoulders feel full all day so far.....My traps feel extremely tight after workout.
Not tired, got a little shaky but food took care of that right away.
Weight at Doctors office todays was 224.5
