Hi guys. Newbie here. Been training for 6 years. Just suffered a mva which affected my shoulder. Cardio is good, but weakness in my shoulder. I was going to try pep with gh. Should they be taken at the same time or separately? Pep first...wait 30 min the gh? Luv the forum, great info

My concern is whether exogenous hgh will negatively affect secretion of natural(endogenous) hgh from pituitary thrus negate the use of peptides.

What peps do you have? If you have a GHRP and cjc no dac inject that first then wait 10 mins and inj your HGH. It will ride the natural pulse and become much more effective. Not sure what HGH dose you are using but I would take half am/pm so do this protocol twice daily.

Thanks for response. I'm taking cjc 1295 no/dac ghrp-2 and norvotrop 3- 4 iu /day. I've tried cjc no dac ipamorelin and felt great. Just want a little boost
