4 Day Per Week Workout Split :

Workout Days : @ 1:30pm

Pre Workout:
150mcg IGF LR3 Sub Q @ 11:00 AM
10iu Humalog @ 1:00 PM
300mcg DES Bi Lat IM @ 1:20 PM

Post Workout:
300mcg MGF Bi Lat @ 2:30 PM
10iu HGH IM @ 2:45 PM
150mcg LR3 Sub Q @ 3:10 PM
5iu Humalog @ 5:00 PM

Non Workout Days :

5iu HGH SubQ @ 8:00 AM
400mcg Peg MGF SubQ @ 12:00 PM
ghrp-2 - 200mcg & Mod-GRF - 150mcg @ 6:0PM

Two things jump out at me.

The am IGF, slin +DES combo- you will need a lot more carbs, the L3 and DES will both amplify the effect of slin. You may need up to 3 times the carbs to not go hypo.


Next is using MGF and IGF so close together.
If I use MGF I try to give it 12-18 hours before I take my IGF.
The bodies natural system it MGF first then when IGF comes in it shuts down the action of IGF, naturally MGF is supposed to do its thing for up to 36 hours but with protocol I usually do mine the next day.

Do the humalog IM, that will shorten its duration by nearly half.

I would take in at least 3 x's the carb during onset and peak times, if you are training I would get some kind of vitargo or carb supplement like karbolyn to drink during the workout.

If not meal timing and meal content will be important, hitting the next meal on the mark at 2 hours would be my focus.
Its a tricky deal because some people (like myself) can get away with a little less carb say 2x's as much but it takes experience and some trial and error and you better be packing carbs and some fast acting carbs in case.

As for the MGF, if you take it PWO, then time the IGF for the next day.
For example, I like to train at 5-6 pm I take the shot around 8pm.
Most of the time Ill take my IGF at 9-10 am the following morning.
Its not the full 24-36 hours but its the most practical protocol I have found so far when doing both.
Most of the time because of the logistics I chose ONE or the OTHER for a run.

How does doing humalog IM shorten it by half? Peek is 2 hrs out in 4 so? I am just curious:confused: I know it hits blood stream in less time but did not know it shortened the duration by half.
