Ok so first pic is from March..

Second is from May..

Third I took tonight.. July..

Come along way in four months..

Can anyone please elaborate on the inner head of my right calf? I train them both the same and do isolation as well on seated and standing.. thinking maybe my stride over years or one leg is longer than the other or something.. not really sure?

either way.. igf works.. up over an inch.. and will continue using it and killing them in the gym.. will have more pics in a few months..

Looks like you made significant progress to me.
As to the head of the calve, you may have a foot imbalance, I have a issue with one head on my left leg and thats because I have internal pronation and tend to use the inside part more than the outside where my right side is equally distributed.

anything you can do to help catch up the slack or you just take it like it is? I wonder if doing extra solo sets over time toes in toes out etc might catch it up or am I just shit out of luck..

just noticed on the last pic my photographer was about a foot further back going by the cabinet corner.. so keep that in mind.. they are alot bigger and fuller now i can assure ya!

Dorian Yates used to talk about how you roll your toes out and in as you do the calf raises to get both heads working on the raise.

Definitely a noticeable difference, like ajdos said you may have a foot imbalance check the position of your feet when doing sets and see if you can make any adjustments to feel the inner part working more and it wouldn't hurt to an extra set with the right calf it may help get things balanced out.

I think your progress is awesome, I just a new calf routine into my daily workouts about a month ago. Hoping to have as good of results as you by month 4.
If I do I'll be sharing

Personally I think it's genetics. I could go through my entire body and find issues like that everywhere. No different than Arnold's biceps. One was longer than the other.

Hell I even have one ear that is a little higher up than the other. True story.

Yeah thats what I was thinking.. but when I look at the soles of my shoes they wear differently.. and my chiro had told me one leg was longer than the other years back.. guess i will just play the cards i was dealt

Do you feel the growth was localized or did you develop overall?

my arms chest shoulders etc might have gained 1/8 of an inch or so but nothing dramatic.. where as my calfs put an inch on so i def know there was localized growth..

It crossed my mind to try this for my chest, just wasn't sure if it was actually worth it. Don't wanna go the synthol route bc, well I just don't

I have never been able to get my calves to grow but after microdosing and loading up on igf pre and post wo and killing them 3x week.. they grew.. enough said

Now if I were to do chest would I have to follow a similar pinning routine to that of synthol? 3 shots 3 rows...

I guess you could.. just do 5 -8mcg per spot.. I kept mine at a 100-150mcg each day

Not to divert the thread...

Do you guys think stretching/deep tissue work will assist in balancing these issues?

For the calves in particular...would custom insoles assist in the imbalance?

I have wondered the same.. One guy even told me to see a muscle activation technique specialist or something like that.

Odd... everyone says it goes systemic

I'm no biochemist but I would assume microjects pre or post would be more likely to bind locally.. I just know my calves exploded a lot in 4 measly months and I have no doubt it was from igf
