Recommended GH dose for a women

This will be for a women who has never used GH before, her only supplement use up to this point has been Var at 10mgs/day, a few 6 week cycles. She is a "pro"

I was thinking 1iu daily for the first 3 months, then increase to 1.5-2 if necessary...GH being used first is Serostim (because I don't trust ANY others.)


With that being said can anyone suggest a good GH from a board sponsor, I'm asking for one you have USED AND TESTED YOURSELF, not one that you've read about that get's good reviews from all the members. Thanks for the help.

Well i havent tested them personally but I use rips and have found them to be g2g. Never tried pharma so I have no baseline to compare. But the tons of good reviews and consistent testing results has me convinced. I will say, however, that the sides I get seem to be inconsistent from bottle to bottle. For example 1 bottle will make me sleep for 24 hours straight and the next bottles seem to have no sides. I will also say this: I tend to only get sleepy off that first vial I use after an extended period off, so take it for what its worth.

TRY sarms instead!!

Why anavar when s4 is much safer and results even better than var imo!
same goes for gh: try peps instead before putting her on hgh. or even oral gh like mk677, much easier to control and easier to handle.

Rips are great using them now at 5 ius daily and have to sleep with cts braces to keep hamps from falling off.My wife uses it at 1.5 mg daily with great results.
