Yeah, I have to admit it: I am a huge eater despite being a girl....I love eating and it does not destroy my phsique too much.
But for best nutrient absorption and shuttling those nutrients into my muscles I am a big fan of gda.
I have tried those otc gdas a while ago with great results but tend to shy away from metformin.
Well, my experience with igfl3 before a huge feast gave me some great recomp effects.
This is also true for igf/des and mgf and to a lesser extent peg/mgf.
So, what are your results?

When it comes to peptides, can these also help with nutrient shuttling?!

I think the igfs can most defiantly. I've always been real lucky with how my body handles carbs and sugars as I just seen to shuttle them to muscle tissue so just use insulin instead but I've seen others get real nice partitioning effects from des and lr3
