Ghrp2/mod grf/HG Post training protocol

Those of you who use Ghrp2/Mod GRF post workout followed by GH 10-30min later... how do you incorporate your post gym carbs into this ?? Ideally all these products work better with no carbs... so should I wait Post Gh shot before I hit the carbs, or is this leaving to long post workout for carbs.
 
Personally I like my gh peps preworkout, the pumps and intensity are greater.

Post workout gh is fine, carbs can't blunt exogenous gh anyway so you're fine whenever you take in the carbs.

Also the link fryboy posted, proves that carbs do not blunt the gh release from peps either so don't worry about it too much.

I say just take in your gh and carbs post workout like you would normally do.

Ok trained legs today... switched up..
Mod grf/ghrp6 100/100 half hour pre
Intra carbs and bcaas
Gh 2 iu post , wait 10min 100g carb 60g protein

Felt absolutely pumped!! Workout was insane in comparison to the exact same one 4 days prior...
Seated leg press added a good 3/4 reps per set but it felt like I had more of an explosive pump with every push...

Will update with tomorrow's chest/back/calves session ..

Wondering if its ok to throw in some igf1 lr3 , post workout with the gh .. direct into calves with multi 10mg injections around the calve totalling 100mg dose....
Or should I drop gh on igf days and keep Gh at 4iu every day I dont do calves EOD..
 
Sounds like the preworkout peps worked for you!!

You can alternate between igf and gh, if you are only using igf for calves then use it on days you work calves and gh post workout on the other days. I believe this is the way to go but I honestly have never used the two. Maybe someone else can weigh in on this.
 
Yeah worked a treat! Yeah im keen for some of the pep gurus to chime in on this or someone who has tried this method with success
 
Day 2 .. using pre .. felt a bit sick from the shot... trained half an hour later ...still had the pump but didnt feel the best so dont think I performed how I could have. Going to move mod/ghrp2 to hour pre. Will report
