For GH I always do 1ml of bac water and use .3ml with each dosage. Since most gh vials are 10iu that means I use 3iu at a time. For my somastim that is coming in it's 20iu vials so I do 2ml of bac water so the ratio stays the same.

if you put in 1ml of bac water then 0,1ml is obviously 1/10 of the total amount of compound in the vial.
