OK to reconstitute IGF1 straight from freezer?

I want to pin some tonight before training and it's currently in my freezer, I've just read that some people believe that it's not a great idea but it's a bit late ft that in my case.

Is it ok to mix with bac water straight from the freezer now and pin it?
